Unbiased recruitment of diverse talent
Research shows that the hiring process can be unfair due to unconscious bias on racism, ageism, and sexism affecting who gets hired.
But there are ways to reduce these biases and find the best talent.
We carry out the entire recruitment process (or parts of it) with a possibility of “searching” for candidates included:
A recruitment process includes the following activities:
1. We develop candidate profiles based on analysis of needed competencies, skills and ideal behavior
2. We write job postings that speaks to a diverse talent pool
3. We search and identify diverse talent that fulfill the requirements
4. We screen applications using an objective approach
5. We carry out structured interviews and challenge the recruitment manager to ensure an unbiased assessment of the candidates
6. To stay objective we use personality/behavioral tools and intelligence tests to assess the candidates based on the ideal candidate profile
7. We finish the recruitment process 3 months after the candidate has joined with a follow up session with hiring manager to discuss how the candidate is performing in the job
