Culture check of diversity & inclusion in the workplace

Studies show that companies with more diverse management teams have 19% higher revenues due to innovation

Culture is the soul of a company and a healthy culture embracing diversity and inclusion provides a competitive advantage to the organization. On the contrary, poor cultures with prevailing bad behavior and lack of inclusion can damage the corporate reputation and employer brand, leading to decrease in productivity, loss of profits and deterioration of employee well-being.

A  culture check includes the following activities:

1. Qualitative interviews with a defined representation of employees and leaders

2. Consolidation of HR key metrics and data identifying baseline and trends in the company

3. Documentation of findings from interviews and data assessment

4. Recommendations followed by an action plan to strengthen diversity & inclusion in the workplace

The above activities can be followed by implementation of initiatives as Project Lead in close collaboration with your HR and leadership team
