Coaching of leaders and specialists with focus on developing diverse teams
We offer coaching and mentoring of leaders and specialists through a combination of questioning techniques and mentoring dialogues.
The desired outcome is individual growth, both as a leader and as a person. Knowing how to lead a diverse team, maybe from a distance, allow the individual leader to become more effective at work, learn new skills and develop greater confidence in the leadership role. The outcome of the sessions is for the individual to make better decisions for his/her overall career growth and leadership – to maximize organizational success.
A coaching session includes the following steps but is customized to the individual
- Alignment of expectations of desired individual outcome – and outcome for the organization
- Identification of potential, strengths, challenges and development areas based on personality assessment questionnaire (Hogan assessment Systems® or People Test Systems®)
- Agreement of individual development plan
